Basic Barbecue Sauce
Stick to the basics for this home-made BBQ sauce. It takes 15 minutes but looks and tastes like it simmered for hours.

| 2/3 c water | 80 g water | |
| 1/4 c ketchup | 78 g ketchup | |
| 3 Tbsp chili sauce | 59 g chili sauce | |
| 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce | 3.5 g Worcestershire sauce | |
| 1/2 tsp D.D. Williamson Caramel Color Powder | 0.80 g D.D. Williamson Caramel Color Powder | |
| 1/4 tsp basil | 0.12 g basil |
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in sauce pan.
- Simmer for 15 minutes.
- Serve with favorite meatballs, burgers, etc.
Tips:
- Simmering at a higher temperature or longer time will change the consistency of the sauce. Adjust the two variables to create your perfect sauce.
