Oh-So-Good Oven Fried Potatoes

| 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder | .50 g Garlic Powder | |

| 1/4 tsp D.D. Williamson Caramel Color Powder | .20 g D.D. Williamson Caramel Color Powder | |
| 1/4 tsp Pepper | .50 g pepper | |
| Vegetable oil | Vegetable oil | |
Directions:
- Place potatoes in two resealable plastic bags.
- Combine seasonings in a small dish.
- Add to the potatoes and shake.
- Pour some oil (about 1/4 c) onto a baking pan.
- Pour potatoes onto pan.
- Bake at 400F for40-50 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
Tips:
- This recipes works fine if you choose to keep the skins on your potatoes, particularly with the smaller red or white potatoes.
- The D.D. Williamson Caramel Color Powder gives the potatoes a nice fried appearance despite the fact the potatoes are actually baked.
