We’ve also listed step-by-step instructions below and you can even download and print the savory potato fries recipe card (PDF) to cook these fries at home at your convenience. Yum!
- Place potatoes in two resealable plastic bags.
- Combine seasonings in a small dish.
- Add to the potatoes and shake.
- Pour some oil (about 1/4 c) onto a baking pan.
- Pour potatoes onto pan.
- Bake at 400F for40-50 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
Tips from Edie Nixon:
- This recipe works fine if you choose to keep the skins on your potatoes, particularly with the smaller red or white potatoes.
- The D.D. Williamson Caramel Color Powder gives the potatoes a nice fried appearance despite the fact the potatoes are actually baked.
