D.D. Williamson announces new Caramelized Apple Product

 

D.D. Williamson’s new caramelized apple juice concentrate product contributes a flavor to beverage and food products, but its primary use is to adjust ar add color to drinks, flavors, jellies and yogurts. It provides a clear, clean apple juice color.

D.D. Williamson manufactures caramelized apple from 100% apple juice concentrate. Food and beverage processors using the D.D. Williamson caramelized apple product may label it as “100% Apple” on the ingredients statement.
